You don't need a complete home makeover to support healthier living. Sometimes it's about setting up your environment to make good choices easier:

In the kitchen: Clear those counters and keep healthy snacks visible. When the fruit bowl is front and center, and the chips are tucked away, you naturally reach for what you see first.

In the bedroom: Create a calm sleep environment by removing work materials, reducing visual clutter, and making your bed a true rest zone. Quality sleep affects everything from energy levels to hormones to weight management.

Throughout your home: Designate spots for items that support movement and stress relief. Keep those walking shoes by the door. Create a cozy corner for morning quiet time or stretching.
