By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate information and participate in the process. Services are personalized to your home and situation.

Payments

Online payments will be processed through Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. See their websites for specifics.

Liability Disclaimer

Clarity by Kathy is a professional home organizing service. While I provide guidance and hands-on assistance, I am not responsible for:

  • Decisions clients make about discarding or donating items

  • Any loss or damage of items at the client's request

  • Results of organization sessions

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

Cancellations

Please get in touch with us via email to cancel or reschedule. 48 hours’ advance notice is required to cancel a regular session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours will be assessed a $150 late cancellation fee. I will confirm appointments either by text message or email a few days before for your convenience.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this page periodically. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
